Payment

For membership payments, we can only accept debit, credit, and PayPal at this time. We accept all other forms of payment for purchases made on the shop with or without a membership.

Debit and credit payments are processed by Stripe Financial Services. PayPal payments are process by PayPal. Payments will show up on your bank statement as being paid to Bold Commerce.

Yes. By purchasing a Dark Matter membership, you agree to automatic recurring monthly or yearly payments, depending on your plan. Membership fees will be charged automatically to the card you have on file with us, until you cancel your plan.

No. Membership fees cannot be refunded. The only way to stop future recurring payments is to cancel your plan via the link on your account page.

Benefits

Yes. Memberships benefits can be accessed immediately following the purchase of a plan and the creation of an account login.

To take advantage of your membership benefits (including unrestricted online access, free digital downloads, and shop discounts on every purchase) simply login to your account before shopping. Prices and access will update automatically once you're logged in.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Dark Matter membership via the cancellation link on your account page. You will never have to contact us in order to cancel your plan.

Yes. You can cancel your Dark Matter membership whenever you like.

Cancelled memberships will remain active (on a remainder period) until what would have been your cancelled plan's next payment date. On this date, your benefits will expire. You will not be charged at the time of expiration, nor will you be charged at any time during or after the remainder period.

International Customers

Yes and no. Basic and Premium memberships are available to customers outside the United States, but Deluxe memberships are not...at least for now.
